Our lists are a starting point
The lists, scores, profiles, comparisons and articles here help you narrow a shortlist of software. They do not replace a lawyer, an adviser, your security team or your procurement process. Decisions about a deal, its documents and its vendors remain yours, so check anything that matters before you rely on it.
Prices and features move
We re-check provider facts once a month, yet vendors can rename a plan or change a price the next morning. Every price on this site is an entry figure in US dollars taken from the vendor’s own pages, shown as a guide. The number on your invoice is whatever the vendor quotes you, so ask them before signing. Scores are the editors’ opinion, produced by the method described on how we rank.
About partner links
A few “Visit” buttons are partner links, and we may be paid when someone signs up through them. The advertiser disclosure explains how this works. Any contract you sign is between you and the vendor; we are not a party to it.
Outside websites
Links that leave this site go to pages we neither run nor control. Their content, uptime and data practices are the responsibility of whoever runs them.
Reusing our work
Quoting a sentence or two is fine when you link back to the page you quoted. Copying whole lists, score tables or articles, or collecting the site with automated tools, needs our written permission first. Vendor names and logos remain the property of each vendor and are shown here only so readers can recognise the product.
Responsibility
We work hard to keep pages correct, but the site is provided as it is. As far as the law of your country permits, Top Data Rooms does not accept responsibility for loss that follows from using the site or acting on what it says. Where the law does not allow such a limit, it does not apply.
When these terms change
If we revise these rules, the revision date at the top of the page changes with them. Questions about the terms can go to the editors.
