Orange figures mark the highest mark in each criterion column; the dot marks the top overall score. Column short names: Toolkit = Diligence toolkit, Protection = Data protection, Adoption = Ease of adoption, Predictability = Cost predictability, Breadth = Checklist breadth, Support = Deal support. Lists = number of our 13 top lists the provider makes. Prices in USD, indicative.
How to use the table
The overall score is a compromise between six things a buyer cares about, weighted the way an average deal team would weight them. Your deal is not average. If your security team has a checklist, sort by the protection column; if outside reviewers will be first-time users, sort by adoption; if the finance director wants a number before any call, sort by entry price and look at who publishes one.
Scores close together are not meaningfully different. Between two providers a few points apart, the profile text and the feature checklist will tell you more than the number. Where the gap is ten points or more, the lower-ranked room usually lacks something a full diligence process needs, such as a Q&A module or redaction.

Questions about the leaderboard
How is the leaderboard different from the top 10 lists?
The leaderboard ranks all 18 providers we track on the overall model. Each top 10 list re-weights the same criteria for one buyer and shows only the ten best for that need, so a provider can sit lower here and still lead a narrower list.
What does a score out of 100 mean?
It is the weighted sum of six criterion marks out of 10, multiplied by ten: Diligence toolkit 26%, Data protection 21%, Ease of adoption 17%, Cost predictability 15%, Checklist breadth 12% and Deal support 9%. It is an editorial score, not a user rating.
Why are some providers on the leaderboard but on no list?
A provider can fall outside every top 10 when other rooms score higher on the criteria each list weights most. Its profile explains which criteria hold it back and where it can still be a sensible choice.
