About the finder
How does the data room finder choose matches?
Each room begins at its overall score, which your answers then push up or down: the job, the number of outside firms, the one must-have from IT or legal, your preferred start and your payment preference. The top three totals appear with the reasons that moved them.
Why does a partner sometimes appear first?
When a partner is among the strong matches for your answers, it is shown first; every page footer discloses partner links. The other two matches are the highest-scoring rooms for your answers.
Is the finder better than the top lists?
Each does a different job. The lists rank ten rooms for one need; the finder combines several of your needs at once. Use the finder for a starting shortlist, then read the profiles.
